Custom Business Software Development

Custom software built around your business.

We are a custom software development company building CRM systems, ecommerce platforms, client portals and custom web applications around the way your business actually works.

One-time development. No per-user licensing. Optional ongoing maintenance.

01

Operational in <1 Week

Not a workshop pack. Not months of planning.

We ship the first version of the workflow that matters most — login, the job that hurts today, and something your team can actually use.

Your first version is live and operational in less than a week. Then we keep building on software that's already in use.

02

10+ years maintaining and growing apps.

That experience is the knowledge behind a first version you can use — and behind every version after it. We know how to keep software stable, extend it, and change it when the business does.

03

We don't vanish after launch.

Hosting, security, and the next change have an owner. Optional maintenance — so the software stays a system you run, not a project you inherited.

Week one is a working first version — not the finished product. Ownership and source-code terms live in the client agreement.

Why custom software

Generic software makes your business adapt to the software.Custom software makes the software adapt to your business.

01

Custom workflows

Stages, roles, and exceptions are modelled as they exist — not as a vendor imagined them.

02

Control without a plugin stack

Features are engineered into the product. You are not one abandoned extension away from a failure.

03

Integrations that are part of the design

Payments, logistics, accounting, and existing CRMs connect as APIs, not as afterthoughts.

04

No generic SaaS ceiling

You are not waiting on a public roadmap, and you are not paying per seat for unused modules.

05

Software that can evolve

Maintenance and ongoing development keep the system aligned as the company changes.

Process

A straight path to software the team can actually use.

01

Scope

We name the workflow that must work first. Everything else is a later version — not a reason to delay software the team can already run.

02

Ship

The first release is a working version of that workflow: login, the core records, the job that hurts today.

03

Iterate

Feedback comes from people doing the job in the new system, not from a long design phase before anyone can click.

04

Harden

Permissions, integrations, and the admin operators need to run it without us in the room — added onto something already in use.

05

Maintain

Hosting, security, support, and ongoing development stay available so the software can evolve after launch.

Technology

A modern stack, sold as outcomes.

You are not buying a list of frameworks. You are buying software the team can use, host, and extend.

React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, APIs, and cloud infrastructure — because that combination is reliable for business systems, not because the logos look current.

Project pricing

From pricing. Final cost depends on scope.

Every build is scoped against your workflow and integrations. The ranges below are starting anchors so you can see the commercial scale of the work — not a promise that every project costs the same.

Custom CRM

Custom CRM development

Scope depends on records, roles, automations, and integrations.

  • MVP

    From $2,000

Core records, one sales process, live in one week.

  • Standard

    From $5,000

Multiple processes, roles, automations, and dashboards.

  • Enterprise

    From $15,000

Complex workflows, deeper integrations, and custom modules.

Custom ecommerce

Custom ecommerce development

Pricing reflects storefront count, catalogue complexity, integrations, and operational logic — not a theme install.

  • Custom

    From $6,500

Single storefront with core commerce: catalogue, cart, checkout, and admin.

  • Advanced

    From $12,000

Storefront plus operations, accounts, inventory, shipping, and integrations.

  • Complex

    From $20,000+

Multiple storefronts, centralized operations, providers, and advanced business logic.

Client portal

Client portal development

Final cost depends on roles, documents, messaging, and connected systems.

  • Starter

    From $4,000–$5,000

Secure login, dashboard, and core self-service.

  • Business

    From $7,500

Documents, requests, notifications, and account tools.

  • Advanced

    From $15,000

Custom web applications

Custom web application development

Every application is scoped individually. This is a starting point, not a package.

  • Starting point

    From $5,000

A focused web application around a defined workflow.

Case studies

Work we can show once it is ready to publish.

We do not invent logos, quotes, or results. When a client agrees to a public case study, it will appear here with the actual problem, the software we built, and what changed operationally.

Results and client voices

Reserved for approved material. Nothing here is simulated.

What we will share instead

Process, security practices, maintenance, and the technologies used to ship reliable software. If you have a similar project, discuss it directly.

Questions

If you are comparing a custom build with another year of workarounds, start with custom software development services or request an estimate.

When can the team start using the software?
The first week produces a working version of the core workflow — login, the records, the job that hurts today. Later weeks add permissions, automations, and integrations on software that is already in use.
Do you build WordPress, Shopify, or template websites?
No. We build custom business software from scratch — CRM systems, ecommerce platforms, client portals, and web applications. We are not a theme, plugin, or hosted-store agency.
Is there per-user licensing?
The software we build is a project, not a seat-based product. You pay for development. There is no per-user licensing on the application itself. Optional maintenance is a monthly operations partnership, not a user tax.
Who owns the software?
Commercial ownership and source-code terms are defined in the client agreement for each project. We do not make blanket legal claims on this website. The operating model is: we build it for your business and can maintain it afterwards.
What happens after launch?
You can run the software yourselves or continue with a Care, Growth, or Partner plan for hosting, security, support, and ongoing development. Extra work beyond the plan is billed separately.

Tell us what the software needs to do.

Share the workflow, the current tools, and the outcome you need. We will come back with a scoped project estimate — not a generic package.
