API integration services that connect the systems you already run.

Custom applications are more valuable when they talk to payments, CRMs, ecommerce, logistics, and accounting. We design those connections as part of the software — not as a pile of native plugins you hope will keep working.

When generic software stops fitting.

The same customer, three times

Sales, finance, and support each hold a version of the truth. None of them is complete.

Exports are the integration

CSV files and a weekly ritual are not an architecture. They fail when someone is on leave.

A plugin did the talking

Until it was abandoned, rate-limited, or unable to express your actual fields.

New software made isolation worse

A custom app that cannot send or receive data becomes another silo you have to staff.

Approach

How we approach the work.

01

Decide the system of record

Every field needs an owner. Integrations fail when two products both believe they are the source of truth.

02

Build for failure

APIs time out. We plan retries, logs, and what the operator sees when a payment or shipment update does not arrive.

03

Keep it maintainable

Integrations change when vendors change. Maintenance plans exist so those updates are not an emergency project every time.

Questions

Can you connect our existing CRM or store?
If it has a documented API, usually yes. The estimate includes mapping, authentication, and what happens when the remote system is down.
Do you only integrate software you built?
Most integrations sit around a custom application we are building or maintaining. Connecting two unmodified SaaS products with no custom software in between is a different, narrower brief — ask if that is all you need.
Is this the same as Zapier?
No. Lightweight automation tools are fine for simple handoffs. We build integrations that are part of the application: permissions, data integrity, and behaviour you can support.

Tell us what the software needs to do.

Share the workflow, the current tools, and the outcome you need. We will come back with a scoped project estimate — not a generic package.
