Custom web application

Custom web application development when the category does not exist.

If your business needs software that does not fit into an off-the-shelf category, we build the application around your exact requirements. From $5,000, scoped to the workflow — not to a generic app template.

01

Operational in <1 Week

Not a workshop pack. Not months of planning.

We ship the first version of the workflow that matters most — login, the job that hurts today, and something your team can actually use.

Your first version is live and operational in less than a week. Then we keep building on software that's already in use.

02

10+ years maintaining and growing apps.

That experience is the knowledge behind a first version you can use — and behind every version after it. We know how to keep software stable, extend it, and change it when the business does.

When generic software stops fitting.

No product matches the job

You have looked at CRMs, project tools, and industry SaaS. Each one covers a third of the process.

The workaround is now the process

Airtable, sheets, and email are the production system. They will not survive the next hire.

Internal tools were never designed

Someone built a form years ago. Nobody owns it. It still runs the company.

You do not need a mobile-app fantasy

You need a reliable web application the team will use every day, with permissions and an audit trail.

Capability

Built around the workflow, not a template.

Software around a job the team already does: intake, status, handoff, done. Not a generic app with your logo on it.

The spreadsheet that would hurt most if it vanished becomes an application with owners, permissions, and history.

When the user is outside the company: a portal, a booking flow, or an account tool — still modelled as the same workflow.

Who can see and change a record is part of the product. Internal web apps fail when everyone has the same login.

The numbers and queues people actually work from, on the objects in the application — not a reporting afterthought.

Files attached to the job they belong to: versions, who uploaded them, and what happens next.

Slots, capacity, and the rules around who can book what. Calendars that are software, not a shared inbox.

The path a request takes — and who can skip it — encoded. Approvals are not a forwarded email with a thumbs-up.

The next person in the workflow is told. Noise is not a feature.

The application talks to finance, a CRM, or whatever already holds part of the truth.

Operators and managers query the same system. Exports are a convenience, not the only way to know.

Someone inside the company can run the product: users, reference data, and the exceptions that need a person.

Approach

How we approach the work.

01

Name the jobs

If the first 90 days of work cannot be listed, we start with discovery — not a speculative rebuild of every complaint.

02

Ship an operable version

A custom web application should be in daily use. Features that do not support that stay out of release one.

03

Leave a path to grow

Maintenance plans keep hosting and security current, and hold hours for the next module when the first version is already stable.

Project pricing

From pricing. Final cost depends on scope.

Every build is scoped against your workflow and integrations. The ranges below are starting anchors so you can see the commercial scale of the work — not a promise that every project costs the same.

Questions

How is this different from a CRM or portal?

If the system is clearly a CRM, ecommerce platform, or client portal, we will say so and send you to that service. Custom web application development is for work that does not sit in those boxes.

What does it cost?

Projects start from $5,000. Complexity of workflow, roles, and integrations determines whether the build stays near that floor or moves higher.

Will you use React and Next.js?

Often, because they are a solid way to deliver business web applications. The conversation starts with the workflow and the operators, not the framework list.

Can you replace a spreadsheet with a web app?

Yes — that is a typical custom internal web application. If the sheet is now the production system, we model the workflow, permissions, and audit trail as software the team can use every day.

Tell us what the software needs to do.

Share the workflow, the current tools, and the outcome you need. We will come back with a scoped project estimate — not a generic package.
